When imitators spin a story to divert attention from their own knockoff parts from eBay

We’ve repeatedly encountered Facebook eBay sellers attempting to inter the G8 and SS market by copying our designs over the years.

It began with one website that copied our G8 spoiler, claiming ignorance of the infringement.

A few years later, this same website introduced an SS and G8 cowl hood for a local company that made hoods, which their friends predicted would sell our hoods for it and drive us out of business. However, they failed miserably, taking years to fulfill orders after receiving full payment of over $2000 and refusing refunds only to receive a poor quality hood, despite having spread the false narrative that we took years to deliver hoods.

Then it happened again with another Facebook seller, whom we nicknamed “Junk Trash Carbon.” He claimed to make carbon fiber parts, even though he was a past customer of ours. He also spread the fake news that our parts took years to finish just so he would get the business.  To make a long story short, he was another person who took people’s money and never delivered. If he did deliver, the parts were terrible, and customers ended up doing this to it.

Despite his efforts to maintain a low profile on social media by blocking scammed customers, this seller "Junk Trash Carbon" continues to sell subpar parts to unexpected buyers.

On both occasions, our trolls claimed these carbon parts parts would save the day and drive us out of business, yet we are still here leading the way for the parts you love and want! 

That time has come once more. If you’ve been following along, we’ve been exposing a two Facebook sellers who pretended to manufacture carbon fiber parts but were actually buying them from an eBay company and reselling them to unsuspecting buyers on Facebook. Lately one of these Facebook eBay resellers and copycat is using the trending "All that Diddy info coming out"  What we are talking about is this post here that was on Tikok then shared on his personal Instagram.

We don’t obsessively browse TikTok like someone desperately searching for attractive women because we’re not a 40-year-old virgin trying to emulate others. However, this Facebook eBay reseller apparently does, or at least claims to have found it while scouring TikTok for encouragement babes videos.

Allegedly, this seller has been trying to convince people on social media that our hoods are being made in China by posting that TIkTok image along telling people this:

and that these are our hoods being showing in this TikTok.

Anyone familiar with our hoods will recognize that this is NOT one of ours. Our cowl for the SS and G8 stands over 4 inches tall and does not have the rake at all seen in the hood shown in this video or photo on TikTok. A unique aspect of our hoods is that the front and middle sections are taller than the flat back, designed for specific functional purposes and on the fastest G8s and SS in the world! Unlike other sellers, who don’t even own the cars they resell parts for, they lack this knowledge. #fact
