Due to stringent U.S. safety and crash standards, Maverick Man, Inc. assumes no liability for any injuries or damages resulting from accidents caused by driver error, improper installation, poor judgment, or natural events—including acts of God, nature, or any higher power the buyer recognizes.
All products are designed exclusively for off-highway use and must be used for their intended purposes only. Maverick Man, Inc. is not responsible for damage resulting from buyer installation, modification, or excessive stress placed on the products.
The buyer is responsible for determining product suitability and is expected to take full precautions during installation. Maverick Man, Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage to vehicles, drivers, passengers, or property.
🛠️ Limited Warranty: Maverick Man Carbon offers a limited 6-month warranty from the date of purchase on all hoods.
Important Installation & Warranty Guidelines
All products require professional installation.
Some items may need minor modifications or adjustments as part of the normal fitting process.
Hood pins are mandatory for all hoods to ensure safety.
Carbon fiber components are not designed to withstand heavy force or weight and may crack if subjected to pressure.
Maverick Man, Inc. strives to design aftermarket products that closely match OEM fitment. However, additional preparation or adjustments (like fenders, hood latch and hood hinges) may be necessary to achieve optimal results. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper fitment before installation.
🎨 Painting Notice: If you plan to paint the product, you must pre-fit all parts to the vehicle prior to painting. Once painted, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
🔥 Engine Bay Insulation Required: For vehicles equipped with a supercharger or turbocharger, hood insulation is mandatory. Even for naturally aspirated vehicles, insulation is required to maintain warranty coverage.

🚫 Do Not Use Clear Bra Films Applying a clear bra or similar film to carbon fiber surfaces prevents heat from escaping, leading to moisture buildup and potential damage. This will void your warranty.
Carbon Fiber Hood Care Instructions
To preserve the appearance and durability of your new carbon fiber hood, proper care is essential. Carbon fiber is highly sensitive to UV exposure, and neglect can result in damage that voids your warranty.
☀️ UV Protection is a Must
Always apply a high-quality UV protectant.
We recommend using ceramic coatings or detailers formulated with strong UV-blocking properties.
Standard wax is not sufficient—do not rely on it alone.
Adding a clear coat layer can help, as these hoods feature a gel coat, not a factory clear coat.
🚫 Avoid Prolonged Sun Exposure Treat carbon fiber like your skin—extended exposure to direct sunlight over consecutive days can lead to “sunburn”–like damage. Protect it accordingly.

💧 Moisture Management Avoid leaving your hood outdoors in cold climates, especially if your vehicle sits. Moisture buildup under the engine bay, combined with daytime heat, can evaporate through the carbon and leave fogging or hard water-like spots under the gel coat that damage your hood and void your warranty.
🚫 Do Not Use Clear Bra Films Never apply clear bra or similar films to carbon sections. These trap heat and moisture under the surface, resulting in damage and warranty voidance.
Shipping Damage Policy
Maverick Man, Inc. takes great care when packing products to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, shipping damage may still occur occasionally, and it is crucial that the buyer follows the proper inspection and documentation process upon delivery.
📝 Upon Receipt:
Inspect both the packaging and product thoroughly in the driver’s presence.
If there are any signs of damage, such as crushed, torn, punctured boxes or broken, crushed and over all damaged to the part, note these issues directly on the freight bill or delivery receipt.
🚫 DO NOT allow the driver to document damage for you. You must personally write in the notations.
💻 Electronic Signatures:
If using an electronic system with no comment field, type “DAMAGED” in the signature box.
If no field is available at all, clearly write “DAMAGED” on any accompanying paperwork.
If someone else is signing on your behalf, make sure they are fully aware of these procedures.
📦 Retain All Packaging: Keep the original boxes, packing materials, and damaged items intact for inspection by the carrier’s damage assessor.
🚫 Do Not Refuse Delivery:
Do not refuse or return the shipment without prior written approval from Maverick Man, Inc.
Refusing delivery or failing to follow the documentation process may result in loss of claim rights.
✅ Reminder: A signed receipt without any damage notation releases both the carrier and Maverick Man, Inc. from future responsibility. Any damage discovered after a clear delivery becomes the customer's responsibility.
Carrier Claim & Replacement Process
If damage is properly notated on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, the carrier will assess the situation and determine whether to cover repair costs or issue a replacement value reimbursement. The replacement value is defined as the amount paid to the distributor by the buyer and is non-negotiable.
📌 Important Notes:
Any disputes regarding the settlement amount must be resolved directly with the carrier.
Maverick Man, Inc. bears no responsibility for the damaged product or any claim settlements resulting from carrier inspection.
In some cases, the initial damaged product may need to be destroyed (ie: Cut into four pieces) by the receiver, at their own expense.
Proof of destruction will be required before a replacement product can be issued.
Each damage case will be evaluated individually.
🚫 Do Not File a Claim Yourself To avoid confusion and delays, do not file a claim with the shipper directly. Maverick Man, Inc. will initiate and manage the damage claim process on your behalf.
