Rooms not utilized by the cut-off date will automatically be released back to the Hotel for general sale at 12am of the cut-off date. Any additional rooms requested will be booked on a space-available basis at the prevailing rack rate.

Group Qualifications: A group must consist of a minimum of 10 rooms or more to qualify for a group rate. All individuals calling to book under the group must provide a major credit card for the first nights deposit at the time of booking.

Late Check Outs: Late check-out must be approved by the Front Desk staff. Late check-out consists of 2pm without charge, after 2pm-6pm half days rate and after 6pm full days rate.
HOTEL RESORT FEE: A $12.99 plus 12% tax will be posted to the individual folios unless other arrangements are made. The Resort Fee entitles guests to enjoy the following amenities during their stay:

Security Deposit: All Guests must present the Front Desk a major credit card upon check in; no cash deposits will be accepted. Security deposit is $100.00. ALL GROUPS THAT HAVE PRE-PAID BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD FOR THE DEPOSIT WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF ANY ROOM DAMAGE OR UNPAID INCIDENTALS FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP.
Miscellaneous Fees: Please note that Silverton Casino Hotel provides two (2) Smart Water bottles (33.8 FL OZ/1 Liter) in each room with an additional charge of $4.00 for each bottle.

Minors: Please note that Section NRS463.35 prohibits minors from being in or near the gaming area. The Silverton Hotel and Casino strictly enforces this policy. If you have minors in your group, the Silverton asks that you inform them about this policy. It is ultimately the group leader’s responsibility to monitor the behavior of minors. If you have questions regarding this policy, please call our Security Department.
Cancellation Policy: Either party without penalty may cancel the group block up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Group blocks cancelled within thirty (30) days prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty of the first night’s room and tax for each room. Hotel has the right to terminate this agreement for any conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions, wars, riots and/or construction.
